In short, what we do with your email address when you join the Pollinity waiting list.

What we keep

Your email address, the language of the website, when you signed up and whether you confirmed your sign-up. Nothing more.

What for

To send you one email when Pollinity starts. We do not send advertising and we do not pass your address on to anyone.

On what basis

Your consent: you tick the box and confirm via the email. You can withdraw it at any time with the unsubscribe link in that email.

How long

If you do not confirm, we delete your address after 7 days. If you do confirm, we keep it for at most 12 months after you signed up. If you unsubscribe, we delete it immediately.

Who processes it

Pollinity. The email is sent through our email service Resend; your details are stored with our hosting partner in the EU. If Resend processes data outside the EU, this happens with the legal safeguards (standard contractual clauses).

Your rights

You can ask which details we hold about you, have them corrected or deleted, and lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority. Email privacy@pollinity.com.
